It has been announced that students pursuing higher education can apply for central government scholarship before October 31. A circular sent by Tamil Nadu College Education Director Easwaramurthy: Students who have passed Plus 2 and are enrolled in higher education in the current academic year, are being given merit-based scholarships on behalf of the Union Ministry of Education.
Eligible students can apply through the website www.scholarships.gov.in by October 31 following the Central Government guidelines. Those who have already applied and received the scholarship should renew for the current academic year. The details can be found on the website.

இதை பெறுவதற்கு தகுதியான மாணவர்கள், www.scholarships.gov.in என்ற இணையதளத்தில், மத்திய அரசு வழிகாட்டுதலை பயன்படுத்தி, அக்., 31க்குள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். ஏற்கனவே விண்ணப்பித்து உதவித்தொகை பெறுவோர், நடப்பு கல்வியாண்டுக்கு புதுப்பித்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். விபரங்களை இணையதளத்தில் தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்.இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
