Aadhaar Card - EPIC Card Linking Steps

Step-1: Download and Install Voter Helpline App from Google play store & App store.

Step-2: Open Voter Helpline App. Click on I Agree and then click on Next.

Step - 3: Click on 1st Option VOTER REGISTRATION.

Step - 4: Click on Electoral Authentication Form (Form-6B)

Step-5: Click on Lets Start.

Step-6: Enter Your Mobile Number and click on send OTP.

Step - 7: Enter OTP and then click on Verify.

Step - 8: Select first option YES I HAVE VOTER ID and click on Next.

Step - 9: Enter Your Voter ID (EPIC) number, Select the State and then click on Fetch details and Click on PROCEED.

Step - 10: Verify Your Details shown in the screen and then click on NEXT.

Step -11: Enter Your

> AADHAAR Number

> Mobile Number

> Place of Application and then click on Done.

Step - 12: After click on Done, Form - 6B Preview page is displayed. Once again you

check your details and Click on CONFIRM for Final Submission of Form-6B.

After Final Confirmation You will receive a Form-6B Reference Number.
