சிக்கிம் அரசை தமிழ்நாடு அரசும் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும் - பகுதிநேர ஆசிரியர்கள் கோரிக்கை

Around 16,459 part-time special teachers have been recruited to fill the vacancies in government schools since March 2012 under the Education for All Program (S.S.A) during the tenure of the then Chief Minister Jayalalithaa throughout Tamil Nadu in 2012. These include subjects such as physical education, music, painting, computer & sewing. Then a monthly salary of Rs.5000 / - was given. They work only 3 hours a day, 3 days a week, 12 and a half days a month. Subsequently in 2014 the salary was increased by Rs.7000 / -. Then they were given Rs.7,700 / - and now they are getting a salary of Rs.10,000 / -.

In May, they had no work and no pay. Work only 11 months a year

They have been working for less than 10 years on low pay in the hope that the Tamil Nadu government will make them permanent in the future anyway. With rising prices and the purchase price often being spent on travel itself, people are struggling to cope with the monthly household expenses.

The DMK-led Tamil Nadu government today said in its election manifesto and the announcement of the Minister of School Education that all part-time special teachers would soon be made permanent. It was welcomed by various political parties. But to date no formal notification has been received from the state government.

The Sikkim State Government has announced the permanent employment of teachers and non-teaching staff who have been working temporarily for more than 8 years under the same Samakarasiksha scheme.

Similarly, part-time teachers in Tamil Nadu are appealing to the government to retain and order part-time teachers who have been working temporarily for the past 10 years.

Tirupur District Administrator Fruit Gautham said that 12,000 part-time teachers and their families are waiting for the announcement during the 11th Grade Education Debate on School Education. தமிழகம் முழுவதும் 2012 ஆம் ஆண்டு அன்றைய தமிழக முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதா ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில் அனைவருக்கும் கல்வித் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் (S.S.A) மார்ச் 2012 முதல் அரசுப்பள்ளிகளில் உள்ள காலிப்பணியிடங்களைப் போக்க பகுதிநேர சிறப்பாசிரியர்கள் சுமார் 16,459 பேர் தொகுப்பூதியத்தில் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டனர்.உடற்கல்வி, இசை, ஓவியம், கணினி & தையல் போன்ற பாடங்கள் இதில் அடங்கும். அப்போது ரூ.5000/- மாத ஊதியமாக வழங்கப்பட்டது. நாள் ஒன்றிற்கு 3 மணி நேரம் வீதம், வாரம் 3 நாட்கள், மாதம் 12 அரை நாட்கள் மட்டுமே இவர்கள் பணி. தொடர்ந்து 2014-ல் சம்பளம் ரூ.7000/- உயர்த்தப்பட்டது. பின்னர் ரூ.7,700/- வழங்கப்பட்டு தற்போது ரூ.10,000/- சம்பளம் பெற்று வருகின்றனர்.

மே மாதம் இவர்களுக்கு பணியும் இல்லை, ஊதியமும் இல்லை. வருடத்தில் 11 மாதங்கள் மட்டுமே பணி

எப்படியும் எதிர்காலத்தில் தமிழக அரசு இவர்களை பணி நிரந்தரம் செய்வார்கள் என்ற நம்பிக்கையில் குறைந்த ஊதியத்தில் 10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேல் பணிபுரிந்து வருகின்றனர். பெருகிவரும் விலைவாசி உயர்வு, வாங்கும் சம்பளத்தொகை பெரும்பாலும் பயணத்திற்கே செலவாகிவிடுவதால் மாதந்தோறும் வீட்டுச் செலவினங்களை சமாளிக்க முடியாமலும் திண்டாடி வருகின்றனர். இன்றைய _திமுக தலைமையிலான தமிழக அரசு தங்களது தேர்தல் அறிக்கையிலும், பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சரின் அறிவிப்பிலும் விரைவில் அனைத்து பகுதிநேர சிறப்பாசிரியர்களும் பணி நிரந்தரம் செய்யப்படுவார்கள்*_ என கூறியிருந்தனர். அதனை பல்வேறு அரசியல் கட்சிகளும் வரவேற்றன. ஆனால் இன்றுவரை அதற்கான முறையான அறிவிப்பு மாநில அரசிடமிருந்து இதுவரை வரவில்லை.

இதே சமகரசிக்‌ஷா திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 8 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் தற்காலிகமாக பணிபுரிந்து வரும் ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியரல்லாத பணியாளர்களை நிரந்தரம் செய்வதாக சிக்கிம் மாநில அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.

இதேபோல் தமிழ்நாட்டிலும் கடந்த 10 ஆண்டுகளாக தற்காலிகமாக பணிபுரிந்து வரும் பகுதிநேர ஆசிரியர்களை பணிநிரந்தரம் செய்து உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என பகுதிநேர ஆசிரியர்கள் அரசுக்கு வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கின்றனர்.

11 ஆம் தேதி நடைபெறும் பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை மீதான மானியக் கோரிக்கை விவாதத்தின் போது இதற்கான அறிவிப்பு வரும் என்ற எதிர்பார்ப்பில் 12,000 பகுதிநேர ஆசிரியர்கள் குடும்பங்கள் எதிர்பார்த்து காத்திருப்பதாக திருப்பூர் மாவட்ட நிர்வாகி பழ.கௌதமன் தெரிவித்தார்
