As you are aware that the forthcoming Independence Duy, 2c.22 is being celebrated under the broader ambit of "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" across the country. The Ministry of Defence, Government of India has formulated a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Independence Day Celebrations, which is enclosed herewith as Arrrrexure-l.
All the Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) and their affiliated colleges/institutions are requested to strictly follow the above mentioned SOP in order to have uniformity and maintain standard practices across the country while celebrating the forthcoming Independence Day and thereafter.
