The Secretary/Director of Social Defence, Department of Social Defence, State Adoption Resource Agency (SARA) Chennai invites applications for the following vacancies from eligible candidates for Tamil Nadu State Adoption Resource Agency (SARA). The personnel to be recruited for the State Adoption Resource Agency will be an employee of the society and not the Government and appointed on contractual basis, purely on temporary in nature.

Educational Qualifications:

Essential Qualification: Post Graduate (10+2+3 pattern) in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/ Human Rights/ Public Administration /Psychology/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/ Community Resource Management from a Recognized University.

Or

Graduate (pattern 10+2+3) in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/ Human Rights/ Public Administration /Psychology/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/ Community Resource Management from a Recognized University with 2 years experience in project formulation / implementation monitoring and supervision preferably in the field of Women and Child Development /Social Welfare with proficiency in computer.
