-Teachers have demanded the government to expedite the payment of March salaries to the teachers who have been transferred after participating in the work schedule and transfer consultation.
90 teachers were transferred through work program consultation in Theni district. They were not paid their March salaries. Details of teacher transfers have not been uploaded on the IFHRMS website, the Consolidated Fund for Paying Public Servants and Teachers. Thus there is a delay in getting the salary. Salary can be obtained only by uploading the information on the Chennai Head Office website. The same problem exists across the state. The government should take appropriate action to address this. தேனி மாவட்டத்தில் பணி நிரவல் கலந்தாய்வு மூலம் 90 ஆசிரியர்கள் இடமாறுதல் பெற்றனர். இவர்களுக்கு மார்ச் மாத சம்பளம் வழங்கவில்லை. அரசு ஊழியர்கள், ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு சம்பளம் வழங்கும் ஒருங்கிணைந்த நிதி, மனிதவள மேலாண்மை(ஐ.எப்.ஹெச்.ஆர்.எம்.எஸ்) இணையதளத்தில் ஆசிரியர் பணிமாறுதல் குறித்த விபரங்கள் பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வில்லை. இதனால் சம்பளம் பெறுவதில் தாமதம் நிலவுகிறது. சென்னை தலைமை அலுவலக இணையத்தில் தகவல்கள் பதிவேற்றம் செய்தால் மட்டுமே சம்பளம் பெறமுடியும். இதே பிரச்னை மாநிலம் முழுவதும் உள்ளது. இதை தீர்க்க அரசு உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். கல்வியாண்டு முடிந்த பின் நடக்கும் பணிமாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வை முன்கூட்டிய நடத்தியதால் தான் இது போன்ற குளறுபடிகள் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது என ஆசிரியர்கள் புலம்புகின்றனர்.
