பள்ளி மாணவிகள் அளித்த மனு இன்று விசாரணை

கர்நாடகாவில் ஹிஜாப் அணிய அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும் என பள்ளி மாணவிகள் உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் அளித்த மனு மீதான விசாரணை இன்று நடைபெறவுள்ளது. ஹிஜாப் அணிந்து வந்தால் வகுப்பறைக்குள் அனுமதிக்க முடியாது என பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ள நிலையில் பள்ளி மாணவிகள் உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்துள்ளனர்.

The hearing on a petition filed by school students in the High Court seeking permission to wear hijab in Karnataka will be held today. Schoolgirls have filed a lawsuit in the High Court after the school education department ordered that they not be allowed into the classroom if they were wearing the hijab.
